How to Renew Amazon Seller Authorization

Amazon only authorize developers including ProTexting access to your data for up to 1 year. In order to avoid any interruption in service, it is important that you renew ProTexting's MWS Authorization before it expires.

Steps to renew your Amazon Seller token authorization: 

1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
2. Go to Apps & Services > Manage Your Apps.
3. Look for "ProTexting LLC" app.
4. Click "Renew".

ProTexting does not receive any notifications from Amazon Seller Central for upcoming token expiration and we will not be able to alert you on the exact date when it will expire.  Our system will still send you an email reminder about 1 month before the token is due for renewal.
