Auto-reply is the response message your participants receive when they text your keyword. You can customize the auto-reply and include information such as links to additional material. Go to Apps > Grow Subscribers & Data. In My Apps, click on “SMS Autoresponder”. Choose the keyword you would like to set up the Auto Reply Message for. Enter your message. Click Update and you have successfully updated your message.
