How to setup Hubspot integration for SMS Messaging?

Follow the quick steps below to setup you Hubspot SMS integration:

1. Login to your ProTexting account.

2. Activate the Hubspot integration app or go to: https://www.protexting.com/features2/web/hubspot/.

4. Activate your Hubspot account by clicking on "Connect HubSpot account".

5. Once the integration is connect, you can easily add "Send SMS via ProTexting" in any workflow within Hubspot.

5. Add "ProTexting SMS" action in one of your workflows.  Search by typging "Protexting". In the window setup, add "Phone number" as the recepients number. Or, you can also add "Mobile number", but since the default number is "Phone number", we recommend you use "Phone number"

6. Any contact with valid number added to the workflow will receive the SMS message set in Hubspot.

7. Syncing contacts: this feature will enable to add all your Hubspot contacts in ProTexting and send them group SMS or MMS.

8. Click on "Import Contacts from Hubspot" and the sync will start instantly.

9. Additionally, we recommend you activate (switch to ON) the feature "Import contacts automatically every 1 hour", which will ensure that all new contacts are added automatically
