Holiday and After Hours Auto-Replies
This feature enables you to send an alternate automated SMS response to messages received outside business hours or during holidays. Use this feature if you want subscribers to receive a different auto-reply message during after hours and holidays, after texting your trigger SMS keyword.
1. You can set business hours and days off.
2. Set up the automated response message to go out during holidays.
3. Holidays can be set dynamically by choosing a date range.
Setup is very easy:
- Go to Keywords > Auto-Reply Messages
- Pick a Keyword
- Click the “After Hours and Holidays” tab
- Set up your hours and the auto-reply
- Click SET
Outside working hours, the auto-reply will be sent instead of the "Main Auto-Reply Message" or the "Alternative Auto-Reply Message For Existing Subscribers"
On dates added as Holidays, the auto-reply will be sent instead of the "Main Auto-Reply Message" or the "Alternative Auto-Reply Message For Existing Subscribers"
